Welcome to FastFlowPe, a digital payment platform operated by GoFastFlowPe Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FastFlowPe’s payment gateway, financial services, and related solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Scope of Services
FastFlowPe is a payment and financial solutions provider that enables businesses and individuals to:
- Accept Payments – Process payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), EMI options, and more.
- Automate Payouts – Transfer funds to vendors, employees, and customers via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and wallets.
- QR & UPI-Based Transactions – Generate and accept payments using dynamic/static QR codes.
- Subscription & Recurring Billing – Automate subscription payments with UPI AutoPay, eMandates, and card-based billing.
- Merchant Financing & BNPL – Provide businesses with working capital loans, credit solutions, and BNPL options for customers.
- Business Banking Solutions – Offer virtual accounts, automated reconciliation, and corporate expense management tools.
FastFlowPe acts as a payment facilitator and does not hold funds. All transactions are processed through RBI-regulated partner banks and networks (NPCI, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
2. Eligibility Criteria
For Businesses (Merchants):
- Must be a registered business entity (Proprietorship, LLP, Pvt. Ltd., Public Ltd., MSME).
- Must complete merchant KYC verification (GST, PAN, Aadhaar, Business Registration).
- Must comply with RBI, NPCI, and other financial regulatory guidelines.
- Must not engage in restricted or prohibited activities (gambling, adult content, illegal financial transactions, etc.).
For Individual Users:
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid bank account and UPI ID.
- Must provide accurate and up-to-date KYC information.
- Must not engage in fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment activities.
GoFastFlowPe Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria or violate regulations.
3. Merchant Responsibilities & Payment Processing Rules
3.1 General Responsibilities
By using FastFlowPe, merchants agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and maintain compliance with local laws.
- Display clear refund and cancellation policies on their website or app.
- Ensure secure API integration and payment handling.
- Not process fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions.
3.2 Payment Processing & Settlement
- Transactions are processed via banking partners and follow standard settlement timelines (T+1 or T+2 banking days).
- FastFlowPe reserves the right to withhold or delay settlements for risk assessment, fraud checks, or regulatory compliance.
- Merchants must respond to chargeback or dispute requests within the required timeframe.
3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers can initiate chargebacks via their issuing bank for disputed transactions.
- Merchants must provide supporting documentation for resolving disputes.
- Excessive chargebacks may lead to temporary suspension or termination of services.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Merchant & Customer Disputes – Merchants are responsible for resolving disputes with customers.
- Merchant & FastFlowPe Disputes – Any disagreements must be reported within 7 business days to our grievance redressal team.
- Customer & FastFlowPe Disputes – Customers may contact our customer support team or escalate unresolved complaints to the RBI Ombudsman.

5. FastFlowPe’s Liability & Service Commitments
5.1 Service Commitment
FastFlowPe aims to provide:
- 99.9% Uptime for payment processing and financial services.
- Secure transactions with end-to-end encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
- Fraud prevention measures to protect merchants and customers.
5.2 Limitations of Liability
- FastFlowPe is not responsible for losses due to banking failures, NPCI downtime, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- FastFlowPe’s maximum liability in any claim will be limited to:
- The transaction processing fee collected for the disputed transaction, OR
- INR 5,000 per incident, whichever is lower.
- FastFlowPe is not liable for business losses, revenue drops, or reputational damages caused by payment failures, settlement delays, or chargebacks.
6. Suspension & Termination of Services
FastFlowPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or high-risk activities.
- Violate RBI, NPCI, or financial compliance guidelines.
- Exceed chargeback or refund thresholds.
- Misuse FastFlowPe’s platform for unauthorized transactions.
Merchants may request account termination by providing 30 days’ notice and clearing any pending dues.
7. Regulatory Compliance
FastFlowPe complies with the following RBI & NPCI regulations:
- RBI Payment Aggregator & Gateway Guidelines (2020).
- NPCI UPI Guidelines for Payment Service Providers.
- PCI-DSS Compliance for Card Transactions.
- RBI Data Localization Mandate (2018) for payment data storage.
By using FastFlowPe, you agree to adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws.
- Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Disputes involving RBI regulations may be escalated to the RBI Ombudsman.
9. Amendments & Updates
GoFastFlowPe Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of FastFlowPe’s services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
