About the Role

At fastflowpe, you'll own the technical success of our largest merchants — from the first scoping call to a stable, scaled production integration. You're the person merchant CTOs call when it matters, and the one internal teams trust to bring order to complex, high-stakes integrations. This role sits at the intersection of engineering depth and stakeholder management — debugging an API edge case one moment, aligning merchant leadership on go-live readiness the next.

Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end implementations: Scope, plan, integrate, launch, stabilize — you own the timeline and the outcome.
  • •Technical relationships: Be the primary point of contact for merchant engineering and business teams, translating fastflowpe's payment infrastructure into solutions that fit their architecture and risk posture.
  • •Program rigor: Realistic project plans, proactive risk management, and cross-team coordination (Product, Engineering, Risk, Ops).
  • •Post go-live health: Monitor transaction performance, spot optimization opportunities, and own resolution when issues arise.
  • •Escalations: Lead root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and resolution end-to-end.
  • •Product feedback loop: Turn merchant patterns and friction points into structured inputs for the roadmap.
  • •Launch readiness: Scale tests and white-glove support for high-stakes go-lives.

Requirements

  • •2+ years in technical account management, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering (B2B SaaS/fintech), with end-to-end ownership of complex programs.
  • •Strong fluency in REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one modern language (Go, Python, or Java); mobile/SDK familiarity is a plus.
  • •Comfortable with SQL and Postman for debugging and data analysis.
  • •Fintech context (payments, reconciliation, settlements, compliance) is a strong plus.
  • •High ownership, consultative approach, and comfort with ambiguity.
