Business Development Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join fastflowpe's growth team. This is a hunting role — you'll be at the front line of identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving outbound sales to fuel our expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead generation: Identify and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients/merchants through research, outreach, and market mapping.
  • •Outbound sales: Drive cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels to generate qualified leads.
  • •Hunting mindset: Proactively seek out new business opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • •Pitch & convert: Present fastflowpe's offerings clearly and compellingly, addressing prospect needs and objections.
  • •Pipeline management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM.
  • •Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy based on market feedback.
  • •Market intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and target segments to sharpen outreach strategy.

Requirements

  • •0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • •Freshers must have prior Business Development internship experience — hands-on exposure to lead generation, cold outreach, or sales is non-negotiable.
  • •Strong hunting instinct — comfortable with cold outreach and building a pipeline from scratch.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident pitching to new prospects.
  • •Resilience and persistence — comfortable with rejection and able to bounce back quickly.
  • •Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools is a plus.
  • •Self-starter with high energy and a results-driven approach.
  • •Bonus: Interest or exposure to fintech/payments industry.
